Getting the best rates on credit card payments often is achieved by providing more data for each transaction. Many processors including TD Bank now have options to require this information on every transaction.
We are now supporting this by allowing more detailed information to be provided or required for TD Bank / Beanstream transactions. To set this up start by going to system preferences (Edit -> Administration -> Edit System Preferences)
When these bottom two check boxes are NOT checked then this information will be required.
Once this change is made future transactions will provide a place to enter and update this information.
By checking the “Update RTO” check box the address information will be permanently stored in the RTO for later.
