We have instituted a change that requires users to confirm their show setup PRIOR to the show being available on ShowGroundsLive.com. This means practically that shows will NOT be published until the show office has confirmed they are set up.
The confirmation process is simple. Open the show detail in the Shows module.
Step 1 – Click the “Publish” Button
Step 2 – Verify that each part of the show is setup and check off all that you know to be complete.
Once the checkboxes are all checked and the Publish button clicked the show will be published as online on ShowGroundsLive.com
