The ShowGrounds database maintains several “codes” related to each division. Two of these division codes relate to the official code used by the governing equestrian organization, either USEF or Equine Canada. The USEF and EC codes are currently used exclusively for results and cannot be used to do class lookups within the application.
The ShowGrounds “code” at the top of the detail form for a division however will be used for class adds/drops as a way to look up the classes of the division.
When adding or dropping classes to an entry either (in the entry detail or using the rapid add/drop tool) the user can type the division code instead of the class numbers.
Those classes will be added to the entry.
