Import a past show’s settings and this one’s ready to run in minutes. Fees, memberships, and ring assignments all carry over automatically. Save it as a template, and every future show in the series starts from the same setup.

USEF, FEI, and Equestrian Canada memberships check themselves the moment an entry comes in. No phone calls, no separate lookups, the status is just already there. Add digital signatures and more than 25 bulk actions, and your office clears a stack of entries as fast as it can click.

Group classes by ring, set the order, and let the system catch trainer conflicts before you do. Publish it once and every exhibitor sees the update instantly. Color coding shows what’s done, what’s running, and what’s next, so nobody’s guessing at the schedule.

One screen runs the ring: announcer, scoreboard, and in-gate, live, from any browser. Daktronics and Singular.live get the data the second it happens. Timers from FarmTech, Pyramid, and Ryegate feed straight in, so scores never get typed twice.

Fees, payments, and prize money tax filing settle themselves, down to the 1042-S. Batch checkout closes out a whole class in one pass instead of one entry at a time. Statements and payment reports are ready the moment you need to reconcile.

Over 244 reports built in, and every one exports straight to Excel. Class sheets, judge’s cards, and FEI paperwork are already formatted and ready to go. Results push straight to USEF, FEI, and Equestrian Canada, so nothing needs re-entering by hand.
