SHOWGROUNDS PLATFORM FEE

Effective January 1, 2026, all entries processed through ShowGrounds will be subject to a $10.00 platform fee per entry, payable directly to ShowGrounds, LLC. This fee is in addition to all entry fees, office charges, and other show-related costs.

Important Information:

• The platform fee will be charged separately from entry fees and will appear as a distinct transaction on your payment statement
• Exhibitors must have a valid payment method on file to submit entries online
• For entries paid by check or cash at the show office, the platform fee will be added to your show bill
• Platform fees are refundable only for scratches made before the first day of the show
• FEI entries are exempt (show management will pay these fees)

This fee supports continued development and maintenance of the ShowGrounds platform, ensuring reliable service for all participants.
