The Simple Scheduler
Build the Day in Minutes – The Simple Scheduler is a visual tool for organizing your show day, ring by ring. Group classes by ring and day, set minutes per trip and class prep time, and the system calculates estimated duration-s, start times, and end times automatically.
Order of Go
Set the Order. Solve the Conflicts. Publish Instantly.
Setting the order of go is one of the most time-sensitive tasks on show day. ShowGrounds gives you three modes-
set a fixed order, use check-in, or leave it open
– and three methods for building the order: by trainer, by rider, or manually.
The system automatically flags trainers with multiple trips across rings so you can space them out. Set the number of trips in between, adjust class setup and planned start times, and reverse the order for the next day if needed.
Once the order is set, lock it to prevent changes and publish it to ShowGroundsLive.com with one click. Exhibitors see the order on the web and the iOS app instantly. Entries that signed up online are flagged so you know who came through the door and who entered digitally.
The Announcer Tool
Your ring’s control center – The Announcer Tool is where the show happens. It’s a real-time interface for managing each ring during competition, with everything your announcer and in-gate team need on one screen.

Order of Go – The full trip list for the current class. See who’s next, who’s been scratched, and who was added at the gate.
In-Gate & Announcer – Mark each rider as “gone” when they enter the ring. The announcer sees every detail for the current trip: horse name, rider, who they’re riding for, owner, city and state, trainer, and type. Switch to the next trip with one click.
Scoreboard – Send data directly to the ring scoreboard. Post results, send custom messages, drive live graphics; all from this panel.
History – Every action logged. Who went when. What changed. Full accountability.
